feels pretty good to get back in the gym, but it is also discouraging working out with people who are a lot stronger than I am. I will focus I being consistent with going to the gym, form, and nutrition (lots more protein, try to keep it from varied sources ex. not just whey protein but eggs, meat, nuts, and other things)
